Dear Valued Customer, Partner,
Eurocopter has been breaking sales records for the past 3 years both worldwide and in the Philippines. To celebrate the 10 years of Eurocopter Philippines, we are undergoing a fresh overhaul.
In order to strengthen our leadership position in the Philippines, we have listened to our customers, to the market, and we have taken sound actions to anticipate and react to the changes.
Hence, it is the perfect occasion to introduce our new team. As we aim to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction, we have restructured our Customer Service Team with dedicated interface per customer. We also improved our level of Quality to be up to date with International Standards.
We are motivated to serve you better, thanks to our technical expertise and experience. We are investing more in the Philippines, and are committed to develop a new generation of both highly skilled experienced technicians and advisers.
EC Philippines’ Key Figures:
- 62 Eurocopter helicopters in the Philippines
- 55% Market Share
- 37 Customers
- 21 Orders of new helicopters since 2005
We are thrilled to see the Philippine Market welcoming more EC120, EC130B4 and EC135.
2008 witnesses the arrival of EC145 and Dauphin AS365N3, both new types in the country.
I am fully convinced that our Management Team will lead Eurocopter Philippines to further long term successful relations with our customers and partners. Indeed, the focus of our performance is our customers’ satisfaction.
